Laptop and/or Internet Access Loan Extension Form

Thank you for your participation in eChannel’s Laptop Loan Service. The service provides free use of a loaned laptop and/or Internet access allowing you to complete your online courses.

Please answer the questions below to start your application extension request.

We will review this application and confirm if you are eligible for an extension to your original loan period.

If your application is missing any information, we will email from technologyloans@contactnorth.ca or call you from 1-877-999-9149 to collect the information. Please provide the missing information to complete your application within five (5) business days. If the missing information is not received by this deadline, your application will be cancelled and you will need to start a new application.

It can take between 15 – 30 minutes to complete this form.
