Online skills upgrading

The LearningHUB offers online skills upgrading courses to help adults improve their reading, writing, math and computer and other essential skills. It helps them:

Get a job or promotion
Upgrade skills to take a college, university or apprenticeship program
Improve self-esteem and confidence
Build communication and teamwork skills
Understand workplace documents and digital technology
Prepare for the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalency
Set goals and manage personal change

Courses range from graphic design and Excel to math boot camp and voting in a municipal election.

Students need their own email address, access to the Internet and a reliable computer. Students who don’t have a computer can use one for free at our Contact North | Contact Nord online learning centres across Ontario. Information about locations is at https://studyonline.ca/our-locations
